Roasted Beetroot and Potatoes
Ingredients:
‣ 1 peeled and sliced raw beetroot (slice thickness 1 cm)
‣ 2-3 peeled and sliced raw potatoes (slice thickness 1 cm)
‣ 2 tablespoons dried thyme
‣ 2 tablespoons dried basil
‣ 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
‣ A sprinkle of Himalayan salt
‣ 5 tablespoons of olive oil or if you don't want to put oil then use water or white wine vinegar
‣ 1/2 cup of water
Method:
1) In a big pyrex place all the above ingredients and mix
2) Then sprinkle dried thyme and basil on top
3) Add 1/2 cup of water to the sides of the pyrex pan
4) Cook at 160 degrees for 45 minutes
